The Ohio West Virginia Intergroup of SAA is a coalition of SAA-based sexual addiction recovery groups across the two states.
- This group was established for the following purposes:
- To help its member SAA groups carry the SAA message to the addict who still suffers.
- To provide shared and coordinated services and resources to individual members and the member SAA groups such as a shared P.O. Box or web site for individual members and the member SAA groups.
- To provide support to the SAA membership that individual groups, acting alone, could not provide. (This support may include integrated purchasing, events such as retreats, etc.)
- To help disseminate information within the SAA organization (Note: this is multidirectional including the groups of course as well as ISO, the SAA Board, our regional caucus, other SAA intergroups, etc.).
- To help facilitate outreach and public relations at the group and regional level of SAA in Ohio and West Virginia.
- To increase interactions of individual members and member groups with the broader fellowship and its supportive functions (including the annual international conference).
- To help members wishing to start new SAA groups in our area of service and help support sponsorship.
